Shabaash Mithu is a Biopic movie based on Indian women’s cricket captain Mithali Raj. The movie is directed by Rahul Dholakia and written by Priya Aven. Shabaash Mithu movie is starring Taapsee Pannu in lead role and she has already shared the first look from the sets. It is set to release worldwide on 5 February 2021. The story revolves around the struggle and life of Mithali Raj in Indian Women Cricket Team. On working in a biopic, Taapsee said -“It’s going to be difficult. I only watch cricket, I’ve never played it. It will be a challenge. Mithali has already said that she will watch how I play the cover drive so now I am dreaming about cover drives.”
